You tried to create a token, or a name with its own token, using a ticker that already exists on chain. BSV-20 tickers are unique.

What to do

Section titled “What to do”
  • If you own that token (you hold its issuer keys), bring it into this wallet: Settings › Add account › Restore with the issuer’s key. The wallet then offers to import it.
  • Otherwise choose a different name.
