Tokens
Besides BSV, bWalletX holds tokens: BSV-21 tokens (1Sat Ordinals tokens), personal $HANDLE tokens, and MNEE, a dollar stablecoin. Each one gets its own card in your wallet.
See your tokens
Section titled “See your tokens”Open the Wallet tab and choose the Tokens filter. Each token shows its icon, your balance and its value in dollars where there’s a price. Tap a token for its page: balance, history, links, its room, and who issued it.
Send a token
Section titled “Send a token”- Tap the token, then Send.
- Enter a paymail,
$handleor address, and the amount. - Check the approval sheet and confirm.
Tokens travel in tiny 1-sat outputs. The network fee is paid in BSV, so keep a few cents of BSV in the account.
Receive a token
Section titled “Receive a token”Tokens arrive at your ordinals address, which is separate from your BSV address. Receive shows both. Paymail and $handle payments are routed to the right address for you.
Who made this token?
Section titled “Who made this token?”Tokens minted in bWalletX carry a statement signed by the issuer’s identity. A token’s page shows the issuer and whether the signature checks out. Treat unsigned or unknown tokens with care.
Airdrops inbox
Section titled “Airdrops inbox”Tokens and NFTs that arrive without you asking land in the Airdrops inbox first, not straight in your wallet:
- Keep moves it into your wallet.
- Hide puts it away.
- An unread count shows what’s new.
Address poisoning: scammers send tiny amounts from an address that looks like one you pay, hoping you copy the wrong one from History. bWalletX warns you if you’re about to pay an address that only ever sent you dust or unsolicited tokens. Always check the whole address, or pay by name.
MNEE is a dollar stablecoin on BSV. It shows as its own card in dollars and cents, and sends like any token.
Find lost tokens
Section titled “Find lost tokens”Sometimes a token you bought or received doesn’t show up, usually because an indexer hasn’t caught up. Two tools fix it:
- Settings › Token indexing checks your tokens against the indexer and heals anything missing. Some tokens need a small one-time indexing fee before the indexer tracks them. The wallet shows the price and asks first. One-tap indexing lets fees under a limit you set go through without asking.
- Settings › Troubleshooting › Recover a payment by transaction ID adds a specific purchase back.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- The wallet refuses to sign a token transfer it can’t validate. See Token validation.
- A ticker someone else already registered can’t be minted again (Name is already a token).
Per edition
Section titled “Per edition”Holding, sending and receiving tokens work the same in both editions. In bWallet (store edition), holding a token never unlocks app features, and the Market is browse-only (Market).
