What it means

The wallet couldn’t find something it needs: an NFT, a token, a transaction or an account. Usually the item has just moved, or an index hasn’t caught up yet.

What to do

Refresh the wallet and try again after a minute. If the item was just sent or received, wait for it to settle. If it keeps happening, tap Report to b.
