Bring in another wallet

You can bring money, tokens and NFTs from other wallets into bWalletX: Yours, Panda, RelayX, Twetch, or any 12 or 24-word wallet.

Restore or sweep?

• Restore uses the old wallet’s words as a bWalletX account. Everything stays where it is on the chain; bWalletX just holds the same keys. See Back up and restore.
• Sweep moves everything from the old wallet into your current bWalletX account, then the old words are no longer needed.

Sweep when you want one tidy account. Restore when you want to keep the old wallet as it is.

Sweep a wallet

1. Open Settings › Sweep into this account.
2. Enter the old wallet’s 12 or 24 words.
3. bWalletX scans the usual address layouts (Yours, RelayX, Twetch, plain BIP44) and shows what it found, with the path each one came from.
4. Review it, then sweep.

Your old words stay on your device. Only public chain data is fetched.

Migration tool

Older bWalletX and Yours wallets kept coins and ordinals at “legacy” addresses. The migration tool finds anything still there and brings it into your account.

The tool always shows you what it found before moving anything. Move tokens and ordinals one at a time if you prefer. Each one moves to your own wallet.

RelayX NFTs

RelayX has closed, but its NFTs (Run “jigs”) are still on the chain. The RelayX NFT Collection Importer finds them from your RelayX words and lists them, with Ninja Punk Girls shown by number and picture. See Recover RelayX collections.

Finding these tools

Next release: a permanent Bring in old assets section at the bottom of the wallet, with the Migration tool and the RelayX NFT Collection Importer. Until then, use Settings › Sweep into this account.

Tips

• Sweeping moves real money. Start with a wallet that holds a little, to see how it works.
• Keep the old words until you’ve checked everything arrived.
• Run NFTs are protected: the sweep never spends them as fees.
